Here at Total Solutions our hourly fees for services range from $25.00 to $45.00 depending on the needs of the project . We do have special discount package plans so that we may meet your budget needs. We have retainer plans offered at a discount and specialized flat fee plans. We will work with you to choose the plan that will accommodate your business and budget criteria. Contact us today for free consultation.
Retainer Plans
Retainer plans are for clients who are committing to a minimum 10 hours or more per month at a discounted hourly rate. Retainer clients are able to utilize all the services we provides. These clients retain time every month which is paid in advance. Additional hours will be billed at the same rate of the retainer plan of the client. Time that is not used does not carry over to the next month. A three month minimum contract is required.
- 3 Star Plan - 10 hours per month
- 4 Star Plan - 20 Hours per month
- 5 Star Plan - 40 hours per month
*Specialty Services are not included in retainer plans , they are determined at a separate rate.
Pay Per Hour Plan
The plan is for clients who need undetermined amount of time each month. The PPH rate is the regular hourly rate of $45 per hour with a 2 hour minimum which is required each month service is provided.
Project Retainer Plan
Estimates for services project to project basis will be provided upon assessing the complexity, size, time and cost of the project. A 50% deposit is required prior any service being rendered. Total balance will be paid upon completion of project.
Expenses
Any expenses incurred for the operation of a client’s business, including, but not limited to: printing, postage, letterhead, stationary, office supplies specific to client’s needs, long distance calls, necessary software and any unforeseen expenses will be billed to the client.
All services are billed in 1/4 hour increments.
